A sunny afternoon with his favorite girls and some cool airplanes, what more could a Grandpa want? We took advantage of Gigi's last day here and a break in the rain, and headed over to the Museum of Flight. There were several big old WWII-era planes visiting so we got to watch them take off and land several times.
I love simple outings. Elena had a great time wandering around, and Madeleine slept the entire time. I didn't realize part of the museum is free admission, so we didn't even have to pay for a fun afternoon!

Fun! You can actually go inside the museum for free on the first Thursdays of the month after 5pm. It's not such a great time for little ones but we took advantage of it one evening when we happen to be on that side of the water. So many cool things to see!
